Only Cub Cadets - New (to me) 127

As some of you may have read when I signed up for the forum, I was planning on rehabbing/restoring a 122 my father-in-law has. Since we've been having torrential rain the past week or so, I'll probably have to start cutting grass in the next week or 2. Since I'm pretty strapped for time with school and work, I decided to just buy a used running Cub. I found a 127 with a 42" deck on craigslist about an hour away, went to look at it last night, and brought it home. The guy I bought it from is into the International and Cub scene so he knows what their worth, but on the flip side I got a really well maintained tractor. Couple scratches here and there and the deck needs new bearings but no other issues. The engine was new in '99 and it runs like a top. He wanted $825 for it and I got him down to $750. I offered $700 but he shot it down pretty quick. No pics since it was dark when I got home and the craigslist ad is closed but I'll get some soon and post them up. I'm super excited to put this thing to work. :biggrin2.gif:
