New Member in Oklahoma Panhandle
 

I grew up driving IH farm tractors and have always wanted one of my own.

A fellow from Dallas is traveling up here to buy my wife's 1975 Dodge Royal Monaco. As part of the deal he agreed to buy and haul a garden tractor on his way up. I found a red cub IH 682. 143 682 399 The tractor has the series 2 motor but is missing some parts. Side covers, grill and lights. My guess is some thief sold them on ebay.

I am buying the tractor from the original owner who said the damage and missing parts came about when it was on loan to a friend.

In time I hope to find a front blade for it.

I also have a BX2200, Ariens RM1332, and garage and care for a craftsman LT1000 which belongs to a downs syndrome friend who drives it for fun.

Welcome to occ. looks like you have a bit of a project on your hands which is OK, we all love projects. If your looking I have a nice side panel for that tractor ( can't remember which side ) pm me if your interested.

It will be a project and I would like to have started with one not missing so many parts. But I only had a very short window to find one.
