Well finally got my engine installed and took my 1200 for maiden run. It started on the first try ran good! No problems! Mowed for about an 1.5 hrs. Need to retorque the head put some more tin work on it. Thanks to all that I asked advice and questions , you're help is appreciated!

I can get some more pictures Bill. There are some in my profile. I repainted it it a couple years ago. The engine was worn out. Not anymore! Thanks Jon for your help! I am using low ash in it. Checked the oil after I mowed looked fine it never moved in n the dipstick! Not nice and clean! No metal or anything. Yes I'm very proud to have done it myself! I have a k321 I may build in the future. would like one with a few more ponys.

Thanks guys! I have the rear ags from my 1200 on the 1211, they work better on concrete for pushing snow.
