2182 PTO hookup

I recently pulled engine on 2182 to replace starter, belts, etc. as needed. I put it all back together, cranked right up, good so far. I over looked one hookup, the PTO wire. Here is where it gets embarrassing to a 64 yr old. I cannot find where to hook the pto wire up.This has been going on for 2 wks, so I come to the experts. HELP please. Picture would help for me maybe!!! . thanks

There should be a Violet wire coming along the frame to the Grill Area. There should be a Blue wire coming out of the PTO assembly. Connect the two together.

Sorry I don't have a good pic of how it goes. Only Pic I have is of the PTO but you can see the plug for the PTO, (red arrow pointing to it). Wire for it should be routed down under the PTO and tied to the torque arm. The part of the harness that it plugs into should be some place under the front of the engine or maybe on the right side as you are looking at the tractor from the front. Both my 2182's have had the wiring so badly butchered that I can't say for sure. But you should be able to find the plug on the main harness that the PTO plugs into. If you have a pic of the front maybe I can help better.

The plug is on the harness running along the frame on the left side (sitting in the seat), where the voltage regulator is located on the bracket that supports the battery. It is kind of tucked between the frame and motor mount.
