Kohler K321 Starter Pulley

Need the flywheel pulley with clutch for a Kohler K321... for a 149. Message me here or reply please. I'm in Nebraska. Doesn't have to be new but the set screws must come with it.

Note: This thread was moved because it ended up being instructional. No parts needed now.

You need a PTO clutch? Or are you talking about the basket pulley? Because the flywheel doesn't have a pulley with a clutch on a 149.... :bigthink:

Basket pulley. Or, starter/gen pulley.

The flywheel is on the other end of the motor. :beerchug:

Yep I knew that! I've almost got it all re-assembled but the carb and the front end pulleys and such... just trying to avoid buying a new pulley but I'm thinking that is what I'll have to do.

One of the set screws on the one I got off a collector was screwed in cockeye'd and couldn't be threaded back in...

So..... run a tap through it.

Or, drill and tap a new hole. No need to replace.

What size is the hole? 1/4" Tap is too small, 5/16 seems too big?

5/16" x 18
