125 Makeover taking shape
19 Attachment(s)
I stripped my 125 down to every last nut, bolt, screw and washer. I already have done the engine (k301 make over) and it runs like a charm. I have cleaned and repainted all the parts in the last few days. Any parts that look bad or doubtful are replaced. I am now in the process of putting it back together. It looked rough when I started, but I think it will turn out very nice (I'm in no rush :biggrin2:). Before i get to the pics, I would like to say Thank You to all the people who contributed all the info on this site, which I learned sooooo much about Cub Cadets.:beerchug: In the pics you can see what I started with and where I am now. I will update with more pics as I get things done.

Made some progress in the last couple days. It's starting to look like a tractor.:bigthink: I got the engine in today and even took it for a spin in the parking lot/driveway.:biggrin2: It runs great. I didn't think a 12 hp hydro had that much power (my JD100 turned green with envy:ROTF1:). Here's some updated pics (this is really a lot of fun:bigeyes:).

Thanks for the comments, fellas :beerchug:. I really enjoy rebuilding these tractors and after I'm done with the 125, I have a 105 to do.
