Sent my K341 head to
 

I sent in my head to have a spark plug hole insert installed. A steel insert had been previously installed; it came out when I removed the spark plug, forever corroded to the plug. Didn't notice the insert on the plug at first, not until I tried to put the new plug in the too large hole.
