105 pto clutch

i have just a quick question about my 105's pto clutch. i have heard some rattling noises coming from this area. i am able to move the clutch a little side to side in the basket . i think this is the noise but, i am not sure how much movement is ok. the bearing is locked down and my set screws that hold the clutch to the bearing were tight.the clutch is working properly and the set screw on the pto basket is tight as well.

Do you have the anti rattle clips in place? Does the noise go away when you engage it?

Are the anti-rattle springs installed. Should be three of them between the disk and basket.

oh .i didn't know there were rattle clips involved. you may have cured my problem. where do they go ? i am assuming the go between the basket and the fiber disc ?

You may want to edit that post before the mods rip you a new one.:biggrin2:

If you had :RTFM:, you would have realized that before asking the question. Sorry, just saying. :beerchug:
