Looking for cat 0 lift arm measurements

I want to build cat0 lift arms for my 1211 the PO kept them. Does anyone have measurements or drawings of some they built or the factory ones? Thanks

Thanks! You don't know the degree of the angle of the bend do you? Or have a measurement if how far they are bent? The end with the red bracket attached, is that the end that attaches to the tractor ? Thanks again !

I believe the bracket pic is the implement side, it would have to be turned around on the tractor side so it offsets out. The other pic is the tractor side with the lift link hole 6" inches from the end. To get the offset measure the width of the arm mounts on the tractor (inside arm edges). You want the arms lined up at 20" (inside measurement) on the implement end. If your mounts are 12" wide, you need 8" of offset, so 4" per arm. You don't need the angle, Draw two parallel lines on your work bench (or cardboard) 19" long, and the offset needed apart. By Brent's measurements, put a dot on the bottom line 3.5" from the left side. Put a dot on the top line 5.5" from the right side. Connect the dots with a line. This gives you the shape of the arm. Bend a piece of wire to match the line, use the wire as an angle guide as you bend the arm. To bend, draw lines across the lift arm, one end at 3.5" and 5.5" on the other. When you heat, put the torch on the side of the line towards the center of the arm and it should match Brent's when you done. And don't forget to start with a longer blank, you can measure the drawn template for a good guess.
I don't mean to insult your skill by breaking it down so far, but I'm sure there are others that are just reading that will understand better now how to lay it out. :beerchug:

That's a good explanation on how to get the correct bends. I like it.

No insult taken here! That's a very good explanation on how to build the lift arms. That what I was looking for! Thank you Brian

Your welcome. Let us know how they turn out! :beerchug:
