model 129 pto clutch
 

it seems winter was hard on my cubbie and the original clutch gave does anyone know where i may find a 129 pto clutch at a REASONABLE price ?? i keep finding that they want $229 for one and that is WAY out of my price range at this time if you have any ideas please feel free to help me !!! all i saw was new at 229 dollars

You can buy a rebuild kit for about $60.

rebuilding is the way to go. even if you replace everything it is cheaper than a new one or a "rebuilt" one off pleabay.
if you havent already, take the PTO apart and determine what needs to be replaced. then, sit down and search this board's sponsor’s and reputable suppliers. compare all items, including shipping, and select the least expensive.
you can save some cash if you need the bearing by getting it from NAPA.

I had to buy one from ebay my 129 didn't have one. But I found out that I had to remove the PTO rod from the front of the frame to slide the clutch in.

ok so friend of mine said its not the clutch but the actual manual engage seems to be missing a nipple and spring??? any ideas??
