Oil....sorry!!

Know this has been up hundreds of times, but haven't learned site yet. GT3100 23 hp Kohler what oil is recommended? Firm believer in Valvoline but like to know rec. viscosity and filter most of you use.

Wix filter # is 51056 NAPA # is 1056 as far as what oil to use, I'm not even going to get into this one again.
