125 at Auction
I am going to an auctions near me tomorrow and one of the garden tractors they have is a 125 with push blade and concrete wheel weights. It looks to be complete with straight tin and the engine turn freely. The deck is listed in a separate lot but looks to be solid. This is the only older garden tractor there besides about 25 Case tractors from a collectors estate. It will sell late in the day so I'm figuring most of the hard core buyers will be gone.
Figure it to be a non runner what would you pay for it together with the deck in the other lot? I was mainly going to this for the sleeve hitch implements and maybe to add a little red and cream to my collection but the 125 caught my eye and I can never ignore a Cub Cadet :biggrin2: If you are in the area they have several sleeve hitch plows, cultivators, and discs plust some Cat 0 stuff. The auction is in Sweetwater TN off I-75 south at exit 60. Turn right off the exit and go 1 miles on the right. Start time 9am EST www.colyerauction.com |
So, did you buy anything? I bought a sleeve hitch cultivator, some Case parts (sleeve hitches, Category 0 to sleeve hitch adaptors, etc.) , and 13 sets of wheel weights (mostly Case). I left before the 125 sold. I should have stayed,,,I was told it sold for something like $45. Ouch!
