127 Brass button replacement

I ordered and received a couple of the nice brass buttons from PA Jeff. Looking at the area where the pto activation lever resides that holds said brass button, I don't actually see how it comes out.
Do I have to remove the entire front cast iron frame grill portion in order to get this lever device off or is there something from the bottom that gets dropped?
I have looked in the tech library but couldn't find anything.

Thanks.

Remove front grill screen, disconnect PTO arm from adjustable Clevis rod to PTO handle, and button presses in from engine side. Presses out from grill side towards engine. OE is fiber.

It's easier to install the button in a vise. Disassemble as described but also loosen and remove the four 3/8-16 bolts ( 9/16" wrench/socket ) and slide the bottom just far enough forward so the rod can be seen in front of the frame rails. ( sitting on the tractor for L & R ) Slide it to the left until the right side clears the inside of the casting, lift the right side and remove.

Install the button in the vise and reinstall.

Thanks.
I think I will remove it and use the vise as Jeff suggested. I think it might be a pretty tough task to get it pressed in with the room provided while in the tractor.
I know I've had this thing out on another tractor some years ago but the more I looked at it the more nothing came to mind. I think all this starts happening when you get into your 60s!!!
