Hello from Missouri
 

Greetings from almost Missouri,
I've had a Cub Cadet 129 (1974 SN 2050046U517568) for about 12 years. Hasn't been used much for the last 10 years, I've been living on the east coast for job reasons. I'll be moving back to Missouri pretty shortly

My son was using it this summer, on the Missouri property, and it threw the belt and can't get it back on. No real urgency, I bought (this is embarrassing) a JD lawn tractor to mow in Maryland and we are using it in Missouri this summer.

The 129 starts and runs fine, no issues there.

I'll order a new belt, that's really not an issue. Will the dealer have correct sizing for the belt?

Thanks and am looking forward to discussing Cub Cadets with everyone! I've also got an F-14, H, M, Cub, and my new tractor is an 856 diesel.

Hello and welcome! Your belt is # IH -59971-C1 3/8 x 78 hope this helps . I might check napa for the belt.What part of Missouri ? Near Jeff city here.
