Rarest IH RER ????
Anyone have a idea what model IH RER is the rarest? Looking to add one to the collection. Don't want a 95 electric. Just looking for the next rarest. Thanks

Maybe a 60.:bigthink:

around here I guess I'd consider them all kind of rare. I don't think they sold many back in the day

Hmmmmm.. I have Never even seen a CC 95 electric.
Was it 120VAC powered, or a rechargeable battery machine?..seems to me that dragging a live 120VAC power cord around with a riding mower COULD be exciting, and NOT in a good way. EEEEEEEEK!!! |
1) it's NOT a Cub Cadet 95! Cub Cadets are Garden Tractors!
2) it's a Cadet Model 95 Electric Rear Engine Riding (RER) Mower. 3) I buy replacement batteries at Wall-Mart for my Model 95. Myron B |
I believe, or seem to think that the "next" or rarest Cadet would be the yellow color with blue stripe/sticker, which first came on to the market scene with the 1968 IH Cub Cadet line up. The rest of the Cadet "bath tub" models were all white in color.

I will say that I looked in the Tech Ref section, but I didn't see any of the manuals on the "Bathtub" Cadets. Are those on the forum somewhere and I missed them?
Probably are....I do seem to have ahhhhhh "Blind Spots" when searching for things. Reason I ask... I'm planning to find one for my Sis-in-Law. She has a LARGE yard, landscaper (as I call him Land SCALPER) charges her $35 a mowing, and does a "urine un-rich" job. Read as (pee-Poor). I recently passed on a 1650...Would love to have taken it home, but it was too high priced ($1200) and the Hydro case was cracked...steady drip of red tranny fluid, definitely NOT Hy-Tran |
