Just bought this 1641
 

Attachment 53236. Just picked this up from a guy that drives dump truck for our asphalt company for $200. Came with the older IH deck and another really nice older IH deck, extra mule drive and tons of belts. Runs and mows great. Only real problem is the front plastic all needs replaced. Anyone know where I could find any?

Try the sponsors. You can also buy new stuff from Cub. Or you can fab up your own like I did on my 1641

Looks like she's got some potential! Also, weird seeing that old of a deck on that new of a machine, although I don't why it wouldn't work. As for the plastic, Sam is right; either try a sponsor, or buy new, although I would avoid buying new. I priced a new set of plastic out for my 1863 just out of curiosity and it rang it at $727.78 :bigeyes: (that's for the hood, both side panels, and the grill housing). Sooooo doing a conversion as Sam suggested is looking better and better by the minute :biggrin2: That or find used :Huh:

Congrats on your 1641!

I paid $150 each for NOS hood and grill for mine. I think it is cheaper from Cub Cadet and you get the headlight conversion with the grill.
