Cub 7532 HST filter questions

I bought last year a 2006 Cub 7532 tractor
with 633 backhoe and 833 loader.
As the original owner bought it to
keep in his garage and only drove it to
church on Sunday it has low hours and
no use.
I am changing the filters for the first time on the
tractor and am in a quandry as to a WIX cross for the
engine oil filter.

I heard from a Mahindra dealer that the 3215 HST
Mahindra is the same tractor and motor. He said
that the oil filter was changed, by service bulliten,
to accommodate the TURBO unit.
The Filter I removed was a MD 162326 filter (~$40) it
crosses to a WIX 1344 (~$10). Since Mahindra came after the
Cub I am wondering if the MD 162326 filter is still correct
for my TURBO tractor?

I am by no means an expert on what you have, however; if you go to the parts lookup for your machine and search around for oil filter, which is all I did, it came back with this part #: MA-19682581000. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably call my local dealer and confirm, then order away. :beerchug: That, or you can take the filter you have now into Napa and they will cross-reference it for you and give you a WIX filter to replace it with.

Thanks

The MA-19682581000 is one of the two
hydraulic filters.
Partstree does say that the engine oil filter is
still the MD-162326 but Cub stopped manufacture
of the 7500 line in 2007 and I am not sure if
it is still correct in partstree.
I understand that the filter has a relief valve that
keeps oil up in the turbo when the motor is turned off.
This helps lessen the ware of the bearings on initial
start up.

I doubt that the wix filter has the same configuration.

Yes it does.

Thanks a lot for the link.

It looks like the MD 162326 Mitsubishi filter is the correct
one containing a bypass valve and a anti drainback.
As I can find out it crosses to
MD 013661
Wix 1344
51182
51324
Fram PH 2921

Amazing to cross to so many
Prices range from $5 to $45
Which one to buy???
