1860 implement lift handle removal
 

Looks like if I drive #7 roll pin out, the emplement lift handle will just pull off as an assembly?

That is correct but if it is rusted to the shaft be prepared to persuade it a little.

Thanks. Turned out to be a piece of cake coming off. Both of them. I swapped between two tractors.

Yours was easier than mine. I ended up wedging a gear puller behind it then using my biggest persuader and a wooden block to drive it off. I hope the other one is easier.
