Sleeve Hitch tube.

I am planning to build my own sleeve hitch for my 129. The only glitch that I readily foresee is where can I get a piece of that .625" x 1.00" tubing for the pin? I wouldn't even mind getting a foot or so of that tubing. Any help appreciated.
