My '"new" 782

Well for the past month, I have been working on a neighbors tractor. it sat outside for the past 5 or so years, so it needed a lot of work. I put 25 hours into it, and about $200 of parts and fluids, and it ran like a top. I gave the guy my bill (I told him before I picked the thing up that it wasnt going to be cheap) and he sold it to me for $700. I brought it home, and lo and behold, there is no air comeing out of the front of the engine when running. a closer look reveled a couple mousnests and 10 years of gas leaks... saturated in fin-clogging dirt. I took the engine out, and all the shrouding off, and I have most of the stuff cleaned off. I plan to sell this tractor, so its going to have to look pretty!

Well I got to working on it finally. The engine is clean, hydro is clean, carb does not leak. Poinsaver ignition system comeing, on to the paint. My dad got me some stuff, and I've been working on it the past week. I should have taken before pics. It looks 20 years younger. The hubcaps are mirrors, and the paint Is now rich, reflective and deep. It increased the value a lot. I should be able to get pics up soon. Should get it running soon again too

I'm sure the poinsaver will be great. I have one in my 1650, but the carb is absolute junk, do it doesn't run right now. But dring the winter, it would start In -30c no problem. And loads of power. So I'm going to like it on this tractor too. It's worth the money. I'm putting one on every tractor i have.
