Questions cyroul for the restoration of my 1200 cub

Hi everybody, I need advice about my cub engine, because I do not know where to start. What it is imperative to verify that they are wear parts has changed? When I recovered I tried to reboot, it did not, and made a valve was sticking. I take off the manipullant from top to bottom and has Started the quarter without starter. Does this side there should be lapping the valves? :bigthink: thank you

I need help to remove the pto my cub, because I do not know how and the documentation it does not say much. There is cerclips I can not disassembled, there's no power to shake well, and how to place my hard hubs for not breaking anything.
