Going to get a red 782 roller this weekend
 

I found a 782 roller on CL. He also has a Magnum 20 but wants 400 for it and doesn't know how many hours are on it. He says it runs. I am going to call him tonight and may get some more info. I think its bit much but it would be nice to get the 2072 running around. What is a rebuildable M20 worth?

I plan on doing my chinese diesel conversion on the 782 instead of the 2072. I just want to know what you guys think. :beerchug:

First picture. I was curious to know what year it was and make sure it was an IH. So i asked him for the serial number, this was his response. :biggrin2:

The 782 was made in sept. 1980.

I was 2.5 years old! I guess my next Cub should be older than me. :beerchug:

I had graduated from High School for a year by the time the first cub rolled off the line.

Well here's the haul for today. Got a couple extra goodies too!:biggrin2: The hub caps need a little body work and rechromed, but for the price I couldn't pass. I may go back for some more. He has most of a sleeve hitch and a 42" plow.

Also picked up a set of new steel ramps for my truck 5 minutes up the road :beer2:
