Just kidding! Canadian Cub Cadet owner here so I must have at least taste!

Hello OCC, been a Cub Cadet owner for over 10 years now. First cub was a 2185 bought used. It was already in rough shape with 450HRs which I resurrected, and gave some TLC although worked her hard for 10 years in a 1/2 acre property.

End of last year, bought a new GTX2100 48" fab deck and so far I love it. First thing I did was took out the always On headlights and installed a switch. Also, put in HID lamps at 520lumens each, a nice mod.

Also, wired in a second dash switch for AUX power to rear to a trailer pigtail for my sprayer. Next may be the Johnny sleeve hitch, any other mod ideas are more than welcome!!!

Looking forward to learning lots here! My grandfather was an IH dealership owner back in 60's and 70's so IH runs deep.

My long deceased Dad worked for IH for 31 years; my first full-time job was as an A&H mechanic at a small local dealer. Assembler & Handler mechanic is a fancy name for "Lowest paid guy that gets to do all the crappy jobs no one else will do."

The 966/1066/1466 were the full-size Farmalls when I worked there. I put together bunch of 480 & 500 disk harrows, a few #45 Vibra-shank cultivators and A LOT of Cub Cadets..hence the nickname Cubby Guy. The 1250 with the 42" deck was the most popular model in my area back then.
