Cub 123 exhaust

What causes it to have blue flame coming out of the exhaust all the time? Do I have a exhaust valve not closing or what ?

Blue flame is gas....sounds like it is running too rich. Try adjusting the main jet on your carb.

Could be both. I'm with Cub Cadet 123, adjust the carb. If it doesn't go away, check timing and adjust the valves.
