CL Find is it worth it?
I found this on CL. He tried to sell it last summer. He just re-listed it recently. I offered him $400. He was firm at $600 then. Just curious what you guys thought. Not sure exactly what model it is.

looks like a 123! First hydro cub. if it's running and working, not a bad price.
|
If it needs to be rebuilt, it's not worth $600.

I thought $400 was a fair offer. I know the carb was really sloppy. It didn't run. He said it burned oil.

I'm with Allen, I only gave $425 for a good running 123 with lights, sleeve hitch and 2 sets of weights. Keep looking and I'm sure you will find a better deal.:beerchug:

I don't know how hard it is to come buy cubs in AZ but here in PA $300 would be the very most I would give for that.. and that is being very generous especially since he sas it needs rebuilt. Honestly I don't think I would give more than $200. It doesn't even have any options but then again its all about how hard is it to get cubs in AZ.

I am new to CC and all that goes with it. Since I have been looking, the last 6 months, I have seen about 1 a month come across CL. I think I'll stick with my plan to install a creeper on my 122. I used to have a Bolens Husky 1256 hydro. I would like to own a CC hydro someday. Thanks for the input.
