450 blower poly skids
 

Does anyone know of anyone that make poly skids for the 450 snow blower? I've seen them on newer snow blowers and like the idea. Mine are pretty beat. I'm also toying with replacing the skids with some small wheels instead.

I've often wondered how good a snowblower would work with wheels. A lot of other attachments have wheels. If you try it, let us know.

I've been around just haven't posted much. I know extreme sells HD steel skids but I haven't seen poly on his site.

I actually saw a write up where someone used wheels on their snow blower. might even have been on here but it's been a couple of years. That's where I got the idea. They were very pleased with the result. Seems like it might work well for my gravel drive. The skids like to dig down when it's not frozen hard.

Check on the green site also. Weekend freedom machine. Someone there may have done that mod.
