clutch problems
hello goot the 126 running needs the carb ajusted. but now the clutch is not working properly it stops and engages properly but it shakes the drive shaft bad and dosent move on a fewe inches and stops like its not engaged it does have a bad rduction housing bearing its the one in the rear would that cause a problem??
I would remove the clutch and start checking for worn parts, you will be able to check the gear reduction housing parts after you split the tractor.
would the reduction shaft bearing have anything to do with the vibration of the shaft??

The 3 pin driver has a bronze bushing that wears out and would also cause it to vibrate.
Why do you suspect the reduction shaft bearing is bad?
the needles of the bearing are laying on the top of the tranny housing next to where the bearing is, i am not familar with these tranny so any help would be nice the clutch has seem to been fixed already.

if I don't need a shaft what would be the damage for the bearing, and how long would it take.
I strongly suggest that you take some time and look in the "Technical Library - Tractors" section, download the manuals for your tractor and look at them lot's of great info and it will help you understand how these things work and how to fix them.
