Is there anywhere that sells pre-braced Quietline engine cradles?

Like the title says, I'm wondering if there's anywhere that sells pre-braced Quietline engine cradles. My 1450 is in line for new ISO mounts and I'd love to do the cradle mod if at all possible. Anyone know of anywhere that sells what I'm looking for?

These were used on the 1204, 1210, 1211's....703-0559

You will have to "cut off" the rear brace to make it work on a Q/L.

I've tried finding those because that was my preferred option but (as I'm sure you know) they aren't sold new any longer, unless you have a line on one used? :bigthink:

Thanks for the link! I found one pre-modded on pattonacres.com for $72.00 so I may go that route but I've also got a PM to respond to so we'll see what irons out. Thanks for the quick responses guys! :beerchug:

For about $2.00 of flat steel, you can weld a brace across your existing engine rails.

Thats what I was thinking!

hey leadsling...i did that on my 1200 i had and its done on my 1650. like they said weld a piece of flat steel and its good. i noticed on both tractors i could pull more due to the engine torquing more to the rearend. but makes it easier to take the engine out

I like that idea the best but this time of year, the only welding shop I'd trust to do it is backed up with Snow Blowers, garden tractors, etc from people prepping for winter :BlahBlah: A member from here has offered to help out so I'm going to try to make arrangements with him to get this taken care of. I've just got to get used to the fact that I'm going to have to be without my newest baby for a while :biggrin2: But that does bring me to the next point, I have some money coming in from side work and depending on what's left I may just order one pre-done from the above link, gah, I dunno!! :bash2::biggrin2:

Wow......Seems 5 Minutes and $20.00 would put you in business right now.
