Courage SV730. Does it have hydr. lifters?

The manual says, hydraulic lifter problems can cause performance problems. That makes sense. However, the engine manual only refers to, and shows as far as I can see, a T-shaped cylindrical rider off the crank. It is listed as "TAPPET" . Is this tappet a solid slug in this model, or is it hydraulically assisted?
