Need help ID'ing part off 1650

Need help id'ing a part on my 1650. There is a small plastic looking spacer connected to the drive shaft and protrudes under the drive coupling. It is broken in half and was wondering what it is and if I should replace it?

probably what ever is left of your cooling fan

I've got the same on my 1450. All the blades are gone. Just makes wonder how long it's been like that and if it hurt the hydro any?

Im hoping not too much. I bought the tractor and not long after tore it apart for rebuild/new paint. I had no issues prior with the hydro the limited times I ran it. Never realized it had a cooling fan but now I know.:biggrin2:
