Hi all:
I'm fairly new and just thought I'd announce my new Cub adet 147. I got it for $350 and had a question. Where do you put in the hydro fluid? |
welcome to OCC congrats on the nice 147, you put in the hydro fluid through the back plug on the back of the transmission plate

Welcome to OCC! Congrats on your 147!

Congrats on joining the 147 club, they are really unique machines in the Cadet lineup. As mentioned above, filling is done via the plug in the back plate. Just use a socket extension bar and have a pan ready. Simply add CASE Hytran Ultra until it runs out the fill hole, done.
The only caveat I can think of is that you cannot be sure what's in there at the moment. Several substitutes could be residing inside, you really only want Hytran Ultra by CASE/IH. http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/p...r/IMG_1310.jpg |
thanks guys but now it wont start and i have my suspicions of what it is i think its the spark plug is wet so wish me luck

147s are the best IMO. Congrats on the pickup.
