Newbie with some Cubs

I just purchased a Cub Cadet 1650. It doesn't run... yet ;). I've rebuilt a 127 and have an original 102 with some patina. Hopefully I will get some pics up soon. Just saying hi and thanks for letting me join.

thanks on all the warm welcomes. yeah im pretty pleased to have a 1650. have always wanted a hydraulic lift on a cub but thought the pumps for the NF's looked funny. so wahlah enter stage left cub cadet 1650.

well i have attained spark with the 1650. carb is reeeallly far gone as it was all black inside with old gas and the needles are stuck. let them sit overnight in a bucket of some simple green then went thru and stuck a wire thru all the orifices and then sprayed it heavily with som carb cleaner and then with compressed air. Didnt get very far as the carb still doesnt work. they guy i got the cub from tho was nice enough to buy me another #30 carter of ebay which was really unexpected and i am quite grateful for. anyways i got her to fire a few times. needs a few odds and ends such as just short of everything ;) the parts list so far is a new coil, condenser, plug, plug wire, points, key switch, lower grill, new front tires and front wheel bearings, new front axle, and a new seat. also i made a little panel that has a couple of switches on it for bench testing battery ignition engines. just need to add a solinoid and a battery to it and make a box for it. anyways here is some pics for you guys.
