Just bought our first house!
 

Well, the g/f and I have been house hunting all year and haven't found anything that matches our price, location, and space requirements well enough. We'd about given up hope but we came across a house on the edge of town and took a look. 2 1/2 car garage, 3 bedroom, sweet kitchen, plus did I mention the 2 1/2 car garage? :biggrin2: I made the first offer on Friday that included a new Central Air unit (the old one had a leak in the A-Coil) as well as a couple other things. They came back with a counter offer less than $1,000 over what we asked, so needless to say, we accepted! We're both super excited about it. This will be my/our first house we've owned, and my first with a garage. I can't wait to get my tools set up, and give the Cubs a good home. Anyway, just felt like spreading the good news! :beerchug:

I've got a house and I haven't stopped playing with cubs. Buying my first house actually prompted me to get a cub. I am envious of the 1/2 of the garage that you got that I don't have......:beerchug:
