New addition Model 782
I found a 1981 model 782 It has the series II Kohler 17 hp twin cylinder International built . Carlisle true-power Ag tires (have the original turf tires as well that are included), it has the option sleeve hitch with Briny style adapter and has 44" deck another 44" deck and a 50" deck a #2 international trailer and an IH front 42" front blade. Also included are the wheel weight shown in the pics as well as a set of IH cast iron wheel weights
For $1000.00 Is this a good deal? I have to drive 600 miles round trip to get it. |
yea, sounds like a good deal, but is far to go get it

Do you have pics?

Cool tractor but a bit strong on the $$$$ and haul distance for me.

yea, any pics?

Obviously, condition factors into price. If it runs great, then in my area it would sell for 500- the ags would sell for 150- front blade would sell for 125- wheel weights would sell for 100- cart would sell for 150-sleeve hitch would sell for 100- each deck about 100-if it has a 3 pt lift, it would sell for 150. These prices are for average condition, sounds like a fair deal. Something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. Pictures would be great.

How many hours? If it's low hours, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, that price plus distance equals out to a bit too much in my book. Great machine, though, I don't think you'd regret it if you get it.
Got any pics or a listing with pics? |

Looks great and looks like a sweet deal!! I'd go for it, but make the decision right for yourself! Let us know if you land it.

I pick it up on Tuesday. I just couldn't pass it up. I have wanted a 782, and a #2 international trailer for a few years now, I just never seem to find one at the right price and condition. I'm a happy camper :biggrin2:
