K-321 question

I've got a K-321 I'm working on and am trying to find online before I tear into it this weekend how to remove the pulley on the motor that spins the starter/generator. The guy I bought it from replaced the arm that usually bolts to the block to hold the tension on the starter/generator and apparently didn't put it back attached to the block like it's supposed to be. Instead, he made a custom bracket to hold it.

But anyway, all I need to know is once the PTO clutch is off, how do I go about removing the pulley on the motor that spins the starter/generator? Or do I even HAVE to remove it to get a bolt back in the hole that holds the arm on? It looks like it's almost covered a bit by the pulley but again, I haven't had a chance to dig into it so I can't tell for sure. I'm guessing it's simply keyed and slides off, but want to make sure.

It has set screws in it, and it's keyed to the shaft. Good luck getting the PTO off! They can be a real PITA! Yes, you have to remove it to get the bolt out.

there's 2 set screws in each of the 3 holes for the PTO. then the PTO pulls off, there's 1 set screw in the bearing retainer you need to remove to unlock the collar, then there's 2 set screws holding the pulley on
