3 point question

Guys,

I'm looking to get a 3 point set up on eBay and was wondering if anyone makes home made sleeve hitch for a 3 point that will fit my 104.

Wow he does some nice work and the price is very fair! I seen that hitch go for over 300.00 bucks. (And not as nice)
