I bought this plow at a yard sale for $25.00
I'm sure my 2182 will have more then enough power to pull it, but need all of the hitch parts. Could someone please tell me exactly what I will need and best place to purchase the parts. I want good, not cheap parts. Thanks for any help, Don

Awesome deal. That's for a sleeve hitch. I'm not sure if you can put one on your super, but I know you can put a cat 0 three point and get a sleeve hitch adapter for that.

Bolivier is right... I think your going to have to go with cat 0 and adapt, or change the plow over and skip the adapter. (That's what I would do, makes it easier to set the plow angle.) But as far as where to get one.... I've been trying to find a used 3pt for a while now with no luck. Extrememotorworks.com makes them for the older machines, but I'm not sure his hitch will work on your tractor. There is also another guy, here, that makes one and I think it will fit your tractor. I was recently put on to him by a couple members here, I haven't called him yet but I've seen pics of the hitch and I like the look of it better. I'd call those two guys and ask them about their products. Now ruegg is kind of a JD guy, and only makes the one CC hitch, and it isn't listed on his page, you have to call and ask him about it. Yep you sure can put a sleeve hitch on it and it won’t break the bank. I bought this hitch from Xterme and the winch from Harbor Freight.

I like the winch idea! I already have the same winch from HF that I am planning on installing on back to help pull tractor into trailer when snowy. So, 2 birds with one winch. Do you have a write up on how you did the install?

3 point is way cool, but too much money for the few times I will really use the hitch.

I slotted the bolt holes in the winch and bolted it to the rear plate. It already has two nuts welded on the back side of it. You can hide the control box behind the rear plate and then just run the wires to the battery. Also have pretty much the same setup on my 71/121 but I had to fab up a mount for that one. I did run the cable through a pulley making it a 2 part line to double the lifting power and cutting the speed in half.

No remote, it has the toggle type switch. The winch on the 1572 was from Super Winch and it had a hand held setup. The other is the Harbor Freight with a little button setup controlling the contactor in a box that will be mounted under the seat base.
