oil and filter change on a hydrostatiic
 

I would like some opinions from all of you guys on this.
Do you guys just change the filter every so often and top off the fluid or do you change the fluid every time also???

Just curiuos.

I change the filter about every 150-200 hrs... I don't know how often I've changed the fluid by hours. Probably 500? ... Mine sits inside, so it doesn't get water in it. I don't think it needs changed that often.

I change filter and fluid every 2 -3 years.
In fact, i am getting ready to change the fluid and filter in the 169 here soon.
