Aluminum rear end case brace

Guys I designed a brace for the aluminum cases that will be a simple bolt on. I got tired of the problem and thought that there had to be a simple way to stop these things from breaking from the frame flex. It will also allow you to be able to run a tractor that the front mounts have broken without repairing it. This should make the aluminum rears just about bullet proof. Hope to have pics early next week after the welding shop gets done cutting out the prototype with his plasma cutter. So if any of you guys have one that is hurt or you want to make sure yours doesn’t break stay tuned. Sorry for no pics yet but the wait will be worth it. :beerchug:

Mike as soon as I get the first set on my tractor and am sure about the fit I'll start taking orders for them. And yes they will be reasonably priced. :beerchug:

Looking forward to pics and may be wanting some also. Can you install it with everything still on the tractor ???

Good to hear the price will be reasonable and i hope it isn't to big to keep down shipping cost. Shipping cost kills alot of deals for me.

I'm ready to see some pics on this and will prolly be placing an order but kinda low on funds at the moment.

Darrell

You will need to drain the oil, remove the rear tires, 6 bolts and then bolt it on, refill the rear and as far as the shipping it should be no big deal may be able to go in a USPS flat rate box. I had a design that did the same thing but it was too complicated for the average guy and the rear had to come out to put it in. I was sitting looking at the 1572 and this one just made so much more sense. At the moment I know this will fit the Supers from the later 982’s up to the 2284’s not positive about the others with the Alum rears but I think it will fit. May need to do a minor tweak if they are different, and that should only amount to one bolt hole.
