Swapping a 1200 engine into a 1250??
 

I have a running engine from a 1200 and want to put it into a 1250 that I just acquired. I need to know what all I need to swap to make the drive shaft work. I do not have any of the parts from the original engine. The drive shaft is in the tractor and the rear coupling feels ok. I know that I need the drive shaft flange/bearing and the rubber coupling disc at the engine side. Is there any specific hardware needed?? Where is the best place to buy these parts??

I have 2 sets of what appears to be good ISO mounts with cradles and plan on doing the cradle mod. Any suggestions there?? I am spoiled with my Wheel Horses so these Cubs are a little foreign at times!!

I think you will be wanting parts 2,3, and 4 from the parts tree website and any of the sponsors will have them i would think.
