whats a 70 worth?

Found a 70 in pretty decent condition with a factory rear pto. What's it worth?

$50 if I am buying it ha ha.

Debends on condition, A good one should be worth $350-$650 I would say.

It is worth exactly the amount that you want to spend to acquire it! :biggrin2.gif:

CBH is pretty much right on with his answer. Naturally it depends on the condition of the tractor, but the rear pto does make it worth a considerable amount more, even though the rear pto has very little practical purpose, unless of course you intend to run belt driven implements/equipment with it.

Personally I find it impossible to put a price tag on something that I can't see.

Not trying to smart you off or anything but "pretty decent" really is a pretty broad statement. I have an old 71 over at my Brothers house, that is pretty decent, nothing special about it cept it has fenders. Someone torched three holes in the tunnel (I'm guessing) to get the rear pin out of the driveshaft and the rear tires are too wide and they hit the wheels on the deck, but all in all it's pretty decent. Once I get a chance to go through it, weld the holes back shut, get it painted and put back together, it will probably still be "pretty decent".

If it is in good enough shape to work and use it will bring $300.00 to $500.00 dollars in my area, if it is a trailer queen, reach down and get a hold on your shorts, there is no telling what they will ask for it and what it will bring. I'm sure like the others it depends on geographical area, supply and demand and as in the two previous posts, how bad you want it. If I found that one special cub that I just had to have, I would pay what it took to get it.

Even though a rear PTO is a s useless as b*lls on a cow....it's rare.
In my parts, it's worth bookoo bucks.
So, it's worth what ever you're willing to spend.
You can epay the rr pto assy, for 350.00+++ alone.
