Hydro shift lever
Does anybody have any tips on removing the their Hydro shift lever? I took the set screw out and applied PB blaster but it won't come off. I'm afraid of prying and ruining my dash tin. Thanks for any help, Mark

I do, but it involves a bit of disassembly. If you release the hydro control assembly from the chassis, you can slide the whole thing up until it bottoms into the dash. You can nnow apply heat with a small torch to the lever and tap it from below with a small hammer.

I recently removed one from a tractor that the po told me had been setting outside for more than 14 years. I was sure it would never come off, I soaked it several times for a couple of weeks, if finally wiggled off. Boy, was I surprised!
