Removing implement lift components from frame?

Does anyone have a easy way to get rusted up lift component loosened up and out of the frame? These are the only parts left to remove on my 782D frame before repaint. Looks like they were painted assembled in frame when new.

Had a good calm day yesterday and got my 782 frame primed. I used PB blaster, a hammer and a long extention to get both those shafts out.

It also does a nice job polishing wood when applied in small amounts to a cloth and gently rubbed in!

Got it apart. PB Blaster for a week then HEAT and beat. No damage to parts either, good thing.
