CW-36 snowthrower question

I have a cw-36 snowthrower and the drive pulley is MIA. Does anyone know what size pulley it uses? THANKS.

prob same as the size as your clutch pulley. so it spins 1 to 1

I'm going to modify it to fit my 1872,should I still use the same size pulley?

You're going to have a lot more than the pulley size to worry about doing something like that. First problem is that the tractor is wider than that thrower.

You would be time and money ahead finding something that fits your 1872.

x2 what Matt said. but it yours, have at it if you want.

its designed to prob spin at 3600 rpm like your engine is. so to go bigger or smaller on the pulley would speed it up (might cook you gear box) or slow it down (will plug all the time)

may need to find a pdf manual and find out for sure.
