Clutch Plate Removal

I am working on breaking down the engine on my restoration project. What is the trick for removing the clutch plate from the engine shaft on a Kohler 161 from a Cadet model 71? I removed the 4 retaining bolts, but it won't budge. Thanks!

You will just have to work it back and forth. The four bolts are all that holds it on.
