Rebuilt Gear Drive Tranny
 

I purchased a gear drive transmission for $20 awhile back, I was told it was just missing the 2 sliding gears. Discovered the 3rd gear had a busted tooth on it as well. I had another spare tranny, I decided to rebuild the tranny with the busted 3rd gear and missing sliding gears. I heard people like pics on this site, so here's a bunch.

Putting the axles on, installed new seals and retaining rings. Installed creeper drive coupling and creeper. Tested how it shifted with creeper drive on, and discovered it did not shift into high consistently or very well. No problems shifting creeper into low. So creeper came off for repair.

Thanks guys! I was gonna swap out tranny's and install the creeper now, but i think i'm gonna hold off on putting the creeper in until the spring. I wanted the creeper just to slow down ground speed when mowing in tight spots.
