M18 Starter not retracting
 

Sometimes, the starter on my M18 does not retract right away and lets out a terrible sound like a pissed off goose or something. It does end up retracting. This tractor(682) is new to me so Im trying to go through everything to make sure it up to snuff for this years snow pushing season.
Lube it? or some other issue?
Has anyone ever had this happen before?

it needs cleaned and lubed, probably has'nt been done in awhile.
