I got a new toy last night
 

I picked this up last night. It's a Stihl MS460 with a 32" bar. This bar is just crazy big for what i need though. I'll probably pick up a shorter one today. Can't decide if i want a 20" or a 25". Either way i figure with a muffler mod and a carb adjustment, I'm good to go next time I need to cut wood!

Yeah, I kinda Tim Taylored it a little! My old Echo CS-450 would just about do anything I needed to do. I'm sure the 460 will too. It'll just do it a little bit faster!

Sweet! I love my ms311 with a 20 in bar never a problem with it! And I love overkill! I would likethe smaller one for trimming up the small stuff I think its a ms200? Tiny saw but huge on being used for the smaller stuff and pro rated for climbing folks!

I got a neighbor that mentioned something about a titanium chain that never had to be sharpened even if it was ran into the ground said it was silly expensive but it would be the last one he had to buy for a while... Wished id got the type or manufacturer name.

I got the ms270 farm boss last year for firewood duty, almost got the 290 farm boss, but it was a cheaper built saw, the salesman said I would never notice the difference in engine size, and after comparing I could see the 270 was closer to a professional saw like he said. Wonderful saw, stihl is worth every penny.:beerchug:
