I started tear-down of my 1961 Original today to prepare for restoration. I didn't get too far, as I am letting the exhaust soak in PB Blaster so I can get it apart.
The first pic is before, and the second is what I got accomplished today.

That's not a bad looking O the way it is..Maybe you should buy another O, but a rougher one, to restore?!? :biggrin2:

It looks good in pictures, but close up it's a little rough, mostly the hood and dash tower, so I will get them taken care of, and do a little painting.

And I like the idea of buying another...

I agree with everyone else. This will not only be a neat thread, but also a nice O to start with. I really like the ag tires on the back! Can't wait to see more.
