Implement Handle/Lift Rod

I have a 128 and the implement handle is missing the release button and spring. Since Im planning on using it to mow/till I want to be able to raise and lower the deck/future implements. Im not familiar with how it goes together so I was hoping that someone out there might know enough to explain what I need to get it working again

you will need #7 rod return spring, part# 7323005
#8 spring retainer Part# 7363009
#9 release rod pin Part# IH 401456 R2

I appreciate the info. One more question. Is the rod, #5 threaded @ the top, because I cant tell, if it is supposed mine is not and I might need #5 just curious. Im trying to fin dout as much as possible so when I order parts I can order everything at once.
